Refund Policy

Eviolite is operated by ERC MARKETING FZ-LLC (United Arab Emirates).

All sales are final

We do not offer refunds of any kind. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to, without limitation:

• unused or partially used credits;
• credits that have expired at the end of a pack’s validity period;
• change of mind after purchase;
• dissatisfaction with the results generated by the Service.

Credits are consumed on a prepaid basis and have no cash value. Because generation consumes third-party AI resources immediately, purchases cannot be reversed. By completing a purchase you expressly acknowledge and accept this policy.

Service interruptions

We stand behind your credits. If a generation fails on our side, the credit is automatically returned to your balance— you do not lose it. If a prolonged outage attributable to us prevents you from using valid credits, or causes them to expire unused, we will restore or extend those credits so you can use them when the Service is back. This is your sole remedy; we do not issue monetary refunds.

This policy does not affect rights that cannot be waived under mandatory law applicable to you. For any questions, contact support@eviolite.app.
